Return & Exchange

All exchange and return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The item must be in its original condition with the size tag attached. To submit a request, fill out our Return & Exchange Form.

Exchange

  • Free of charge within 7 days of delivery.
  • One exchange per shipment.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Return & Refund

  • Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Your first return is completely free.
  • For any additional returns, the customer bears the shipping cost.
  • Refunds are issued via InstaPay within 2 business days after receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we provide a free exchange or full refund with no shipping fees, valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

General Rules

  • Each shipment is allowed one process only — either a return or an exchange.
  • If the shipment contains more than one item, both a return and an exchange may be processed.
  • Any item that is damaged by the customer or missing its tag will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • No requests will be accepted after 7 days.
